Breathe

When I’m feeling anxious, Daddy reminds me to “Breathe”.
Taking this further, let me share what this means to me.
First thing that happens is that I sink from my head into my body. It helps to actually sit down sometimes, to stop moving.
Next, I sniff deeply, to identify what’s on the air. Naturally, my ears perk up and really listen to what’s happening around me. And my body remembers to Breathe.



A brave pup takes on the world one paw at a time.
